AK Connect Newsletter
A statewide disability informational newsletter which is Your Link to Special Education in Alaska. Available either by e-mail subscription or by simply checking the Web site monthly. It is published by the STEP Center and is part of the Alaska Family Directory (AFD). The newsletter can also be mailed individually for those without a regular Internet access. Under each calendar is a written description of what is occurring daily with the specifics on how to participate. It is updated regularly. If you see blue, the item has been recently updated. Seeing a red star? It means the item is new. You can also use the RSS feature to be notified when updates are added or can be notified by “Subscribing” to your region’s calendar. Other calendar features include viewing it as a list, choosing day, week, two-week, month or year formats. You can also do a monthly search for events.
