How to Request an HQT Certificate

Once your HQT status has been approved on MLP, you may request a certificate, suitable for framing, acknowledging this designation. Please contact Maggie Davis via district e-mail at davis_maggie@asdk12.org to request your certificate if you are interested in one. The certificate is not the official district document, the MLP form is; however, some teachers have requested a certificate for their classrooms.
