The Anchorage School District provides a competitive benefits package to eligible employees. Employee premiums vary depending on bargaining unit and benefits selected. This website provides an overview of benefits available to those eligible. In the event of any discrepancy between the website and the plan booklet, the plan booklet will prevail. The benefits plan is subject to change. Employees should read the benefit plan booklet for a complete description of benefits, limitations, exclusions and for information on how best to use the plan. Questions regarding ASD-provided insurance plans should first be directed to the plan providers (i.e. Aetna, MetLife, Navia Benefit Solutions, Pay Flex).
