The following are the products and services that are provided which generate continued institutionalization of our work:

Programs that intentionally incorporate effective Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) language and strategies to impact school climate and student empowerment. We work directly with school staff, administration and student trainers; we are in the schools, with the schools.

Developing more capable and effective teachers and principals using their own Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) skills. We have found this literally changes the way adults interact with students.

Technical assistance to more fully integrate Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) practices.

Research, evaluation and how to effectively respond to the data.

Training of trainers (teacher, administrator, and student trainings).

Teacher professional development providing knowledge and helping them connect youth development to their own personal educational mission.

Increasingly more academically and socially successful students.

Teachers understand and are comfortable with the Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) standards based report card.

Curriculum and materials for training and implementation.

Social emotional and employability skills built in a framework for success.

Funding for onsite Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) based projects through mini- grants.

Direct consultation for mini-grants.
