Students with an IEP or 504 Plan who have been suspended out of school for more than 10 school days during the current school year (consecutive or cumulative).

A Manifestation meeting to determine if the student's behavior had a direct and substantial relationship to the student's disability should be held as soon as possible, but within 10 days of the suspension. The facilitator for the Manifestation Determination meeting will be decided prior to the meeting.
