ASD E-mail Accounts

Staff

District e-mail accounts are available to all Anchorage School District staff. Follow these steps to have an e-mail account set up:

1. Obtain and complete an ASD Staff Internet User Agreement.
2. The original goes to HR to be included in the employee's permanent file, and a copy is faxed to the IT Center at 742-4644.
3. Employee should review Electronic Communication (E-mail) Procedures for code of conduct and e-mail etiquette.

Your account should be available 1-2 weeks after the receipt of your completed Staff Internet User Agreement.

Your username will be lastname_firstname (Smith_John). Your complete e-mail address will be lastname_firstname@asdk12.org.

Students

The Anchorage School District does not provide e-mail accounts for students. However, students choosing to use e-mail as part of their studies, and/or while using ASD equipment/facilities must obtain and complete an ASD Student Internet User Agreement and strictly adhere to the ASD Internet Guidelines.
