Transcripts may be requested online, in-person, or by mail. There is no charge for transcripts.

In-person requests may be submitted to Student Records at the above address during the hours listed. Forms are available at the Student Records counter. Forms must be fully completed. A valid Photo ID is also required.
Third party requests
Third party requests for transcripts must be accompanied by a written authorization from the owner of the record specifically identifying that person as their agent. This includes parents of students 18 and older who are no longer attending ASD schools. The third party must present a photo ID as well.
Employers or other agencies requesting graduation or enrollment information for a former student may fax the following information to ASD Student Records at (907) 742-4644:
- Name, address and telephone number of company or agency.
- Name of student while in attendance and student's date of birth.
- Information to be verified.
- Signed and dated information release form from student.
Please include the following with your signed request: name(s) you used while attending ASD, your date of birth, the year of graduation or last year attended, the number of copies you are requesting, a daytime telephone number and where you want the transcript sent.
PSAT, SAT and ACT test scores are available on our Test History Report for some students, but only if the student provided the school with his/her correct social security number and put the correct social security number on the test at the time the test was taken. Test scores are posted from a data file purchased from the testing company, so there is no verification all information is provided. There is no requirement to maintain these scores. They are provided as a convenience to the students.
When contacting a testing agency, knowing the high school testing code will help in locating your test score:
|High school||Testing code|
Advanced Placement test scores are not included with the above tests as these records usually do not arrive at the school until sometime after the student has graduated. Scores may be obtained from the counseling department at the high school for the year following graduation or from the testing company.
