Helpful
Reminders
- Be sure to send all materials pertinent to each goal and objective the
student is working on.
- Put materials in labeled containers, tubs,
ziploc bags and folders. Send them how you would like them returned to
you. This will help keep all materials organized.
- Be sure to send any and
all adaptive equipment the child needs to access program and materials.
Without this equipment, students will have difficulty working on ESY goals
and objectives.
- Once you have collected ESY data, complete the paperwork and
submit it.
- If you have questions or concerns, contact your teacher consultant
for assistance.
All ESY bus requests will be submitted from the Special Education
office. Please update and complete the form on the IEP program.
